Cancellation Policy

"Booking policies may change based on the selected services. Please contact us for more information when booking multi-service appointments.". If you pay a deposit for your party and need to reschedule or postpone, we can work with you to find a new date based on availability. In the event, of inclement weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies of the party reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative party date. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date, but we do not guarantee it.
