Cancellation Policy

If you pay a deposit for your party and need to reschedule or postpone, we can work with you to find a new date based on availability. However, if you cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable. Palace Kid's Spa, Parties & Accessories LLC reserves the right to reschedule parties in case of bad weather. A doctor's note will be necessary to reschedule a party for the birthday girl in case of a medical emergency. In the event, of inclement weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies of the party reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative party date. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date, but we do not guarantee it.
